Trust, Privacy & Responsible Automation
Last updated: March 2026
This page summarizes how Sam's AI Poster is designed to be used responsibly. It is a practical overview only and does not replace our Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, or (for business customers) our Data Processing Addendum.
What the platform is for
Sam's AI Poster is a workflow-based SaaS product for AI-assisted content creation, review, scheduling, and publishing. Typical uses include drafting LinkedIn posts and Telegram messages, organizing them in queues, and publishing when you (or your team) choose—aligned with approval steps you configure.
- Drafting and refining content with AI, under your instructions and brand context.
- Approval-first flows so humans can review before anything goes live (where you enable those controls).
- Scheduling and delivery to channels you connect (e.g., LinkedIn, Telegram), using credentials and permissions you authorize.
- Operational logs and tooling to help teams govern what was sent and when.
What we do not position the product as
We do not market or endorse the Service as a way to:
- scrape LinkedIn or other platforms, or bypass their rules or technical limits;
- run bulk unsolicited direct messages, automated connection campaigns, or artificial engagement (such as automated likes or reactions);
- guarantee audience growth, reach, revenue, or any specific business outcome; or
- guarantee legal or regulatory compliance for your content or your use of third-party platforms—that remains your responsibility.
You remain responsible for complying with LinkedIn, Telegram, and any other connected platforms' terms, automation policies, and applicable law. The Service provides software and workflows; it does not replace your judgment or your obligations as a publisher.
AI outputs and human review
AI-generated drafts can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your context. You should review content before publication, especially in regulated industries or where accuracy matters. Features that require explicit approval before posting are intended to support that discipline—they do not remove your responsibility for what you publish.
